Rember is not the first product to disentangle Amyloid plaques. That has already been achieved by the proline-rich peptides in Cognisure(R), a nutraceutical that is on sale by Metagenics in the USA and produced by ReGen Therapeutics in the UK.(See details at: regentherapeutics.com) In one small scale clinical trial Cognisure, under the name of Colostrinin(R), was also shown to retard the progression of AD though the number of patients was smaller and the duration of treatment shorter than in the Rember study.
